Child Safety and Personal History Screening Online Applications
If you are required to make a Child Safety and Personal History Screening (LCS2) application (new or renewal) for your role with a licensed care service provider, and your provider is registered for the online application system, you can apply online.
Only make an LCS2 application if your provider has asked you to use this sytem. If you are unsure check with them before applying, otherwise your application may not be processed.
