Child Safety and Personal History Screening Online Applications
If you are required to make a Child Safety and Personal History Screening (LCS2) application (new or renewal) for your role with a licensed care service provider, and your provider is registered for the online application system, you can apply online.
Only make an LCS2 application if your provider has asked you to use this system. If you are unsure check with them before applying, otherwise your application may not be processed.

Registering your organisation and approvers for online LCS2 applications
Licensed organisations or organisations who have submitted a properly made licence application can now register to commence using the online LCS2 application form and CSAAS approval system. The organisation nominee or a licence contact person can obtain advice on registering their organisation and approvers by emailing the Child Safety Licensing Team.
